As per SEBI’s mandate, all depository participants and brokers had to implement a revised process for authorizing sell orders from clients Demat accounts from 1st June 2020. For Zerodha and Upstox depository participant is CDSL.
(You would have received the CDSL TPIN to your registered mobile number and email address with CDSL)

Enter your BO ID (which is your Demat Account Number) and Password (your Pan card number).
Enter Demat account number (Check-in profile in Upstox and console in Zerodha to get it)
Once you have entered these details, CDSL will send you an OTP on your registered mobile number when you enter the OTP CDSL will now send you the TPIN via SMS and email on your registered mobile number and email ID.
