You can activate the F&O, currency, and commodity segments online from the TTweb platform. The link to which is: https://ttweb.indiainfoline.com/trade/
Once you log in, please follow the steps below for segment activation.
My Account > Profile > My Details
Click on MY Details > trading preference and then click on activate segment.
In the very next window, tick marks the boxes in which segments that you want to activate, Upload the document and then click on Activate segment.
You have to upload 6 months bank statement as income proof ( if the statement exceeds more than 5 pages, then upload the 1st and last page in JPG format ) or either anyone from the list below.
ITR acknowledgement
Form 16
Net - worth certificate
Salary slip
Demat account holding statement
Click on the “confirm Activation” button to submit your document. Then, please wait, it may take up to 48 hours for the segment to be activated.
In case of uploading a bank statement as income proof, then you need to upload 6 months bank statement in pdf format. And this should not exceed 5 pages.
So, what you have to do is, delete the pages in between and make it as 5 pages maximum. It should contain your Bank seal or logo in it.
